Rules
1. Dates:
The deadline of the project will be determined
by the attack of the objective: 2002 work for 2002.
2. Involvement:
This project of
Postal Art is open to all. No right of involvement won't be discerned.All
involvement implies the acceptance without reserve of the present regulation.
3. Topic:
The Topic of the project is: the
anger
4. Presentation of works:
Every participant will be able
to present one alone opens him can be collective. Every work will pass in
transit by postal way and will include the address of the sender and of the
recipient.
5. Means:
All supports, all formats,
all techniques are accepted
6. Annulment:
Promoters book themselves the right to
annul the progress of the demonstration at all times and without notice.
7. Consignment of the works :

Consignments are sent on the initiative and to expenses of
authors, responsible of their works. Works will remain the property of promoters.
8. Exhibition:
Some open will be selected for the promotion of the exhibition . No participant will be able to , of his/her/its own initiative to withdraw his/her/its works of the place where they will be exposed.
